In the Halo PC Stunting community the discovery of stunts that have never been done by anyone ever before has become exceedingly rare. This is, of course, because the game has been around for over a decade now. Due to this, one must take adequate care to make claims of new stunts carefully.
Only a handful of stunts in UST seem to be new, as concluded from available documentation and word of mouth. Some stunts have a 50% chance of being new, whereas others seem to be extremely likely to be new. Below is a list of stunts from UST which may have never been done before.

I may have been the first person to utilize the Standard Forward Warp to get inside of any rock/tree in Halo. I would be surprised if no one has done this before, but I can see how it might be missed. This RC Entry requires another player to enter your RC, something most people would never do for fear of breaking the RC.
390. Inside Invisible Barrier Wall Walk

I discovered this shortly after the discovery of Wall Walks. Measels and Arma hadn't seen it before, so I figure it was probably new at the time (as they were the ones who pioneered Wall Walks, as seen in The Art of Walking).
